Men and women ages 18 years of age and up. TYPE 1 DIABETIC OR TYPE 2 DIABETICS currently on any insulin regimen

TYPE 2 DIABETES/ ONCE WEEKLY INJECTABLE MEDICATION

Men and women ages 18+ ; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Currently treating with one or more oral medications

I-PORT INSULIN/SYMLIN INJECTION DEVICE STUDY

Men and Women ages 18+. TYPE 1 or TYPE 2 Diabetics on Multiple Daily insulin Injections and SYMLIN.

TYPE 2 DIABETES WITH CARIDOVASCULAR RISK/ ONCE WEEKLY INJECTABLE MEDICATION

Men and women ages 18+; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes; Currently treating with diet and excercise or oral medications

OSTEOPOROSIS

Women ages 45-85; Diagnosed with Osteoporosis; Currently taking Fosamax (Alendronate) for the last year

TYPE 2 DIABETES / ORAL MEDICATION

Men and women ages 21-70; Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes; Currently treating with any insulin regimen and oral medications
