Tracy is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas State University in 2018 and joined Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology that same year. As a CDCES, Tracy has a particular passion for diabetes care and patient education, helping individuals gain the knowledge and tools they need to successfully manage their health.
In addition to diabetes, Tracy cares for patients with a wide range of endocrine conditions. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and partnering with patients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Tracy gained extensive clinical and leadership experience at St. David’s South Austin Medical Center, where she served in a variety of nursing roles, including Medical/Surgical and Trauma Care Supervisor. This strong foundation in acute care continues to inform her patient-centered approach to managing diabetes and endocrine conditions.
She is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Chinese, enabling her to provide care to patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new restaurants and cuisines, cooking, baking, shopping, and spending quality time with family and friends.
