Nikita Dhir

Dr. Nikita Dhir is a Texas native who earned both her undergraduate degree and an MBA in Health Organization Management from Texas Tech University. She went on to complete medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, followed by an Internal Medicine residency at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, TX. Dr. Dhir completed her fellowship training in Endocrinology at UT Health Sciences Center at Houston, where she also served as Chief Fellow.

Dr. Dhir has a broad interest in all aspects of endocrinology, with particular interests in diabetes, osteoporosis, and thyroid disorders. She is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care and helping her patients achieve their best possible health.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Dhir enjoys traveling, practicing yoga and Pilates, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She is also fluent in Hindi.

Dr. Dhir joined TD&E in 2026.
