I am writing to share that I will be leaving my position at Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology, effective May 29, 2026.
Caring for you has been a true privilege. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me. The relationships I have built with my patients are meaningful to me, and I will always value the time we spent working together toward your health and well-being.
While I am moving on from the practice, I want to reassure you that the team at Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology, P.A. remain committed to providing you with excellent care.
Your medical records will remain secure with Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology, P.A.
- Continuing Your Care: You may continue your care with any of the other qualified physicians at this location. Our front desk staff will contact patients with future appointments to assist in rescheduling with another provider.
- Record Requests: If you require a copy of your records or need them transferred to a physician outside of this practice, please contact the office at 512-458-8400, option 5, or email medicalrecords@texasdiabetes.com. We will be happy to assist you with that process.
