Phreesia online patient data manager, is a horrific hard-sell, data sharing monster, with a split personality: Who are they serving? 1) doctors, 2) patients or 3) Big Pharma and other advertising clients? (Hint: 3) . Specific complaints: Until I called to whine, I had the distinct impression that Phreesia participation was a requirement and a first step to access the medical professionals. It's not, so henceforth I will ignore. Second, they requested a copay I had already made, showing $50 after I had already paid a day earlier at the office's request through PHREESIA, for crying out loud. TDE's medical practice is so excellent, the medical care so good... But as a business proposition, the use of phreesia is akin to posting a filthy, rude person as a Walmart greeter. Whatever financial breaks the practice might enjoy from handing their patients off to a third-party marketer that will seek patient's private medical information, that's the face of the practice. Reputationally it ain't worth it.
