Effective 1/3/22, our offices will no longer be sending laboratory orders electronically to Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL). For all future visits, you can expect the following:
- In-Person Appointments: will be provided a paper lab order at your visit. An electronic order will also be sent to your MyTDE patient portal account.
- Telemedicine appointments: an electronic order will be sent to your MyTDE patient portal account.
Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) is now accepting electronic orders show on your mobile device at the lab. Please notify a member of our staff if you use a different lab such as Quest or Labcorp.
If you have an upcoming appointment and are needing a copy of your laboratory order, please request a copy through your MyTDE patient portal account. You can also contact our office at 512-458-8400, option 4 to speak with a member of our Nurse Triage department.
