The nurses are all amazing and are more efficient when you don’t involve the front office staff. (Always use the portal!!!) I’ve been a pt at the south location for just under 5 years and my only hesitation to ever recommend my providers are due to the poor management of the non clinical side of this practice. The straw that broke this camels back was after my showdown with the desk sheriff, I was told that I would need to speak to the office manager because they couldnt provide the literature showing what the grace period for being late to an appointment was. (Full disclosure my appt was at 11:40, you are asked to arrive 15 minutes early and I arrived at 11:51 but all check-in forms were completed virtually) I waited for her and she was not able to produce the requested literature either. All in all did I die?… no but the providers at this facility prescribe medications that often renders a pt too sick to perform daily activities and when you live on the other side of town (no you can’t change providers to another provider at another one of their locations that is less than a 5 minute commute from you because it’s against their policy) , can’t drive safely to an appointment, have your husband take off from work to drive you and get told your appointment was at 11:25 and that the Providers already moved on because they’ve been behind all morning?!?!? How does that even make sense then to deny my visit because I spent what would’ve been my wait time in my car.
