We encourage patients to obtain refill prescriptions at their office visits however we know that many times patients are not aware of when their prescriptions will run out. All prescriptions can be refilled by calling your pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact our office via fax or phone to request a refill authorization. Please allow 72 hours for this process to be completed. Should your medication require a pre-authorization, please allow for additional time for your request to be processed. It can take up to a week for an insurance carrier to process our request. If your refill request is denied, we will not be able to fill your medication until an appointment is made with one of our practitioners.
